FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PRLog (Press Release)Oct 09, 2007 – The Vision Group, an environmental services and research and development company, introduced its new gas detection technology, the SME Multi Sensor.

Developed to complement the Subsurface Metabolic Enhancement technology used for the removal of underground hydrocarbon contamination, the SME Multi Sensor has a wide range of application.

”In order to make our full time Subsurface Metabolic Enhancement technology work we needed a vapor sensor that would detect a wide range of petroleum vapors,” said Mark Ellis, President of The Vision Group, “The sensor needed to be rugged, operate over a wide temperature range, and detect whatever petroleum leaked into the ground. The SME Multi Sensor met all of our expectations.”

The Vision Group now seeks partners in the gas detector manufacturing and distributing industry to introduce the SME Multi Sensor into the market. “We want to get the SME Multi Sensor into the hands of those who will know how to manufacture and distribute this technology and get it to those that need it in the market,” said Son Le, Vice President of The Vision Group.

The SME Multi Sensor technology introduces a new standard of achievement in the gas detection industry through increased reliability, accuracy, and robustness.
