Oct 08, 2007 – My Tech Guru announced today that its Basic Laser Printer Repair and Maintenance training program has been selected by Atlanta based National Network Solutions as the method to help increase the minimum printer repair skill level of all of its 2000 plus nationwide technicians. "As we negotiate contracts with existing and new clients, we are frequently asked to provide a broad range of services from network management, to 24/7 server monitoring, to laser printer repair" explained Thomas Broadwater, President of National Network Solutions. "Without a uniform, basic level of printer skill among our technicians we will miss out on a sizeable chunk of potential revenue in the coming years."
The DVD training format is designed to give network engineers and computer technicians the ability to diagnose a range of basic printer problems, and make the repairs directly, without the need to call an additional printer repair specialist. The training Reference Guide provides step-by-step instructions to quickly and easily find the appropriate information in the printer's service manual, allowing the technician to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of printer issues. "This joint venture with National Network Solutions provides us with a large pool of technicians, potentially requiring immediate delivery of our Basic Laser Printer Repair and Maintenance Training products" explained Brad Barton, founder and owner of My Tech Guru.
