Oct. 4, 2007 - PRLog -- Political candidates, advertising firms, television executives and networks, are scrambling to find a way to connect with the growing influence of Latino culture. If many of them looked hard enough they would find a large and growing influence of Hip-Hop on young Latino American lives.  

La Revolucion Es La Musica is a documentary film that shows the influence of Hip-Hop on the next generation of Latino Americans. Fans and artist alike are gaining a voice with this new genre of music.

The film shows established and up and coming West Coast artist speaking not only about their passion, but what Hip-Hop is giving their Latino-American culture and what their Latino-American culture is giving to Hip-Hop. Many of their messages are filled with positive advice for young Latino Americans who find themselves struggling with the idea of joining gangs and trying to find a place in society. The film shows their everyday lives, the struggles they go through, and how Hip-Hop has given them an outlet to speak about and represent their growing culture.

The film has already gained attention on publications such as RealTalk LA in the form of a featured article entitled “Delivering Messages Through Hip-Hop”, as well as over the internet with amongst the many fans of the featured artist.
