Two New Gourmet Restaurants Open At the Four Seasons Hotel, Cyprus
Enjoy gourmet Greek and Italian cuisine at the five star Four Seasons Hotel. The independently owned and operated property, is launching two new gastronomic restaurants offering even more choice to guests, bringing the total number of eating establishments at the hotel to six.
The Four Seasons Hotel is launching the restaurants at the beginning of April 2006. The Mavrommatis is a Greek gourmet restaurant and the Vivaldi as the name suggests, Italian. They will be situated on the ground floor in the space previously occupied by the Palace restaurant which has been completely redesigned in a stylish and contemporary way creating two new and entirely separate entities. The restaurants will feature beautiful stone built walls and a fabulous marble fireplace will be the focal point of the Vivaldi Restaurant. The restaurant will offer the best in fresh wholesome traditional Italian cuisine.
The other will be a Gourmet Greek establishment in conjunction with the famous Mavrommatis Restaurant in Paris. Classical Greek cuisine can be enjoyed with a difference. While the gourmets will experience Greek food, the fare will be cooked and presented in true French elan. Mavrommatis’
