Oct 02, 2007 – Boomers in Costa Rica Tours, the only retirement and real estate tour focusing on the unique needs of active and successful baby boomers , announces a new tour, beginning in January, 2008. Following its very popular tour of the Central Valley, and in response to strong interest from customers, the company will offer a 4-day/3-night tour of prime beach towns on Costa Rica’s famous mid-Pacific Coast. The tour will begin near Punta Leona, just north of Jaco, and will end in Manuel Antonio, near Quepos, one of the country’s most beautiful beaches. The tour will also cover a number of smaller beach towns in between. Each tour, run twice a month during most months of the year, will provide everything baby boomers and retirees need to know about moving to and living in Costa Rica, emphasizing coastal living. Clients will explore beach towns and meet others who have made the move to Costa Rica. They will also view dining, entertainment, outdoors, and social activities, and look at wide variety of real estate options from condominiums to homes to land.
Tour guests will stay in carefully selected hotels located near prime beach area and will dine in some of the best restaurants on the coast. They will travel by a new and comfortable mini-van featuring a bilingual driver. The tour fee includes hotel stays, all meals, and snacks and drinks throughout the tour. Transportation to and from Costa Rica is not included in the tour fee. As with the Central Valley tour, all clients will receive a specially prepared CD that is filled with a wealth of information on moving to and living in Costa Rica. Only Boomers in Costa Rica Tours offers its clients such a wealth of factual information on topics such as obtaining residency, legal issues in buying real estate, identifying honest and trustworthy professionals to assist in starting life in Costa Rica, and much more. The staff of Boomers in Costa Rica Tours has spent significant time working with knowledgeable people who live and work on the Pacific Coast to design a tour that caters to both couples and singles looking for more upscale retirement living and vacation homes. A number of carefully selected planned communities featuring custom condominiums and vacation homes will be showcased on the tour. All real estate options presented to clients will focus on access to shopping, entertainment, medical facilities, services, and beaches as well as the quality of construction and the desirability of land options. In addition, Boomers’ tour guides will present a number of higher quality resale homes. For investors, Boomers in Costa Rica Tours has a network of real estate professionals and developers to help clients identify suitable land for commercial projects. “This tour is geared to clients who have high standards in everything they do and in everyone they associate with. While they want to experience what is unique about Costa Rica and integrate into the wonderful culture of this country, they have high expectations for where they want to live and the type of home they want to live in, “said Andrew Mastrandonas, President of Boomers in Costa Rica Tours. For clients having specific needs that may fall outside of the standard Pacific Coast tour, or for others who cannot take a tour during standard times, a private tour can be arranged, offering clients complete flexibility on dates, itinerary and interests. The company also offers a combination “Central Valley/Pacific Coast tour” which clients may take back to back. The company is also offering a tour special for the months of November, 2007; December, 2007; and January, 2008 for its Central Valley tour only.
