Oct 02, 2007 – Rapidly expanding outsourced call centre provider, New Opportunities, has announced the launch of its latest call centre. Headed up by Rob Hopson, New Opportunities Coventry will be helping businesses in the area to be more productive and profitable.
New Opportunities provides a range of inbound and outbound call centre services for expanding and established businesses alike, covering a variety of industry sectors. Speaking of the announcement, Bradley Kellard, Operations Director, said: "This is great news for businesses in Coventry and the near surrounding areas. For some time there has been a need for a professional inbound and outbound call centre in the Coventry business community. Rob Hopson will be the Director of New Opportunities Coventry, bringing with him a wealth of business experience and knowledge." The New Opportunities ethos is to operate small, local call centres, for local businesses. Rather than employing hundreds of 'average' staff from one location, New Opportunities manages smaller teams of superior telemarketers, from different UK locations, so the results produced for clients are through expertise, not sheer volume. New Opportunities Coventry is part of much larger, ambitious expansion plans, as Ian Johnstone, Franchise Director explains: "We are currently in advanced discussions with a number of individuals who have expressed an interest in operating a New Opportunities call centre. I am confident that we are on track to hitting our target of around 80 centres by quarter 4 of 2009" Rob Hopson, Director of New Opportunities Coventry explained what appealed to him about the New Opportunities concept: “Having run a small accountancy practice, I realised there was a requirement from the business community for outsourced call centre services.
