Cornerstone Consulting Inc. Welcomes Senior Project Manager

CLEARWATER, FL- Continuing to attract the best and brightest talent in the industry, Cornerstone Consulting Inc. is proud to welcome Rene Millet as Director of Project Management. Rene’s leadership role promises to advance Cornerstone Consulting Inc.’s project management services.

Possessing more than a decade of experience in business analysis, account and project management, Rene utilizes her skills to keep Cornerstone’s numerous projects moving forward.  Rene’s primary role is to prioritize the various projects assigned to each member of Cornerstone’s technical staff.  She balances the staff’s heavy workload by managing their daily schedules, assessing the status and stage of all assigned projects and allocating resources as necessary. Rene utilizes her technical skills and resources to effectively and consistently communicate with Cornerstone’s clients.  By working as a liason with Cornerstone’s clients, Rene communicates the stages of each project to senior staff on a daily basis. The timely communication with the technical staff and Cornerstones’ clients enables Rene to achieve seamless schedule management and coordination of all projects and resources.

Upon graduation from the University of Nebraska in 1990, Rene managed information technology systems implementations. Prior to working for Cornerstone Consulting Inc., Rene was a systems analyst and implementation coordinator for an insurance and financial processing software company. As a systems project manager, she worked closely with clients and technical staff. Throughout her career, Rene has sharpened her organizational skills and communication abilities to effect positive changes within enterprises. In addition, she has attained extensive knowledge of all aspects of software implementations, conversions, upgrades and new product start-ups.
