The past two years have been proliferating with awards for Xceed. In the year 2006, Xceed has been awarded the Microsoft Premier Vendor Award for the year 2006 which accredits the role that Xceed has been taking as a valuable partner to all its clients, contributing to their success and prosperity. For the two consecutive years 2006 and 2007, Xceed has been crowned with Outsourcing Service Provider of the Year Award from Insights Institute, The OSP award is presented to companies that have demonstrated their ability to leverage both human and technical resources to maximize customer satisfaction and company’s return on investment. Xceed plans to reinforce its presence in the UK market through its remarkable and unsurpassed participation at the Call Centre Expo (CCE). This year Xceed will be participating in the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) Egyptian Pavilion. There will be six (6) companies that will be co-exhibitors in the Egyptian Pavilion this year. The Egyptian Pavilion will be over an area of 70 square meters. Xceed is taking its participation upscale to the extent of sponsoring the Call Centre Focus award’s dinner. This is CCE’s 9th year as Europe’s number one exhibition for professionals committed to delivering improvement in the customer contact industry. CCE has attracted 5,168 attendees last year and over 300 exhibitors.
