Sept. 28, 2007 - PRLog -- We’ve heard the clichés:  “All that glitters ain’t gold”, “Money can’t buy happiness”, and “Money is the root of all evil”.  So why do many people still continue to pursue the American Dream of wealth or the desire to “get rich quick”?  While having an abundance of money can make some things easier in life, proceed with caution—the view at the top is not always as fabulous as it appears.  Until tragedy strikes, no one really knows what’s going on behind the doors of the 10,000 square foot Beverly Hills home?  What lies in the soul underneath the designer labeled clothes? Or how much effort it takes a celebrity to smile for the camera with a broken spirit?  The recent spotlight on celebrities such as Paris Hilton, Anna Nicole Smith, Britney Spears, and Lindsay Lohan, exemplifies how happiness within cannot be defined simply by material possessions.
