Zetland Financial Group's founder and Chairman, Mr. Jim Sutherland, gave a recent seminar on the topic of "Doing Business in China" at the Tim Fischer Centre for Global Trade & Finance at Bond University, Gold Coast Australia.

PRLog (Press Release)Sep 28, 2007 – Hong Kong -- Mr. Jim Sutherland, founder and Chairman of Zetland Financial Group, gave a seminar recently on the topic of "Doing Business in China" at the Tim Fischer Centre for Global Trade & Finance at Bond University, Gold Coast Australia.

Bond University is a private university located in Robina, Queensland, Australia. It was the first private university established in Australia. The Tim Fischer Centre for Global Trade and Finance was founded in 2000 to serve as an interdisciplinary research centre and think tank on global trade and finance issues.

Mr Sutherland's seminar covered a range of topics pertinent to business and investment in China, including portfolio investment in China, investment structures, establishing a Permanent Resident Office, wholly foreign-owned enterprises (WOFE), joint ventures and doing business without a presence in China.

The seminar was attended by around sixty students and faculty members.
