The thought of producing there own rap music brought pure joy and excitement to the entire rap music group. The young and talented rap music group from the south side of Houston, Texas started on Auguest 2002, just days out of school for the summer break, when the idea was conceived. The new rap music group would gather at one another house and dream of becoming super stars among the the Rap/Music world. They named the group Street League and set fort to writing and producing there own music.
Street League is comprised of a variety of talented young men ranging in ages 20-24. Original members include brothers Kory ( K.O.) and Deandre (Dre Good) Goodson, and Der(Butch) Roberts. The group has expanded to incorporate fresh talent. Deandre (Lil Dre) James, Tristen (T.Green) Green, Ronald (Yopi) Crane, and James (Lil James). As a unit, Street League will release their forth album. The title of their forth album is titled A Dream Waitin To Be Told. The new rap music group album will be released on October 1, 2007. Sample songs of the new release will be available on http://www.myspace.com/
As Street League gained local prominence, their career plan is to gain more exposure and experience locally, then spread to other markets outside of their hometown. They are working on being involved in a number of talent showcases and considering offers for opening gigs for major artists. In addition to the rap music group own personal endeavors to achieve success, Street League is interested in the push and support that can be provided by the major record labels.
Street League will continue to write, produce, and preform their own popular Rap Music.
