V Soft Solutions & Consultancy Pvt Ltd Introduces “vault” For Individuals

PRLog (Press Release) – Sep 22, 2007 – V soft Solutions & Consultancy P Ltd (VSoft) is a company incorporated in 2006. It has been promoted by a group of professionals with over 15 years of experience in the field of Systems and Software design, development, implementation and consulting.

A survey was conducted by some finance professionals to find out the awareness of individuals about their wealth and their financial planning status. The survey revealed that although everyone works to make money and live a financially independent life, most people are not aware about their current net worth. Further, most people do not have a clear strategy for financial planning. Reasons for not doing so are many, such as, “I don’t have the time”, I don’t know how to do it”, “I don’t have any wealth, so what planning can I do”, etc. This prompted us at Vsoft to study and work out whether we could offer a solution to users that will remove all problems that individuals have in not maintaining a good wealth management strategy.   The result was VAULT

A team was constituted to do a study for developing a wealth management tool. It was decided to create a basic tool that would have all essential features that would enable the common man to record, track and monitor his wealth with a view to growing it simply by better planning. We intend to constantly improve this product with more advanced features.

Speaking at the occasion, Mr. Vijay Athavale, Director – V Soft Solutions & Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. said, “We at Vsoft want to make available to Individuals a feature rich & affordable wealth management tool so as to enable them to take better control of their finances.”

V Soft currently has the following other products:-

·   V Watch – A Software to monitor & manage time spent on specific work done.  The software analyses productivity of each work area, staff, as well as each client.  It generates over 25 reports including time spent V/s time budgeted report, etc. V-Watch is targeted at professionals.

·   V Farms – This software is designed to maintain and track records of Fixed Assets owned by an organization. It also calculates depreciation & prints an Asset register.


Vsoft Future plans:
Vsoft plans to release several useful software for niche areas. Work is currently on for two more such products. The Company has spent the past couple of years in development and it is only now that our products are entering the market.

VAULT can be used by anyone who wants control over his/her finances because we believe that “Wealth Management is not just for the wealthy”.

VAULT is needed to help monitor and control ones personal wealth and finances.

A lot of effort has gone into the system design & screen designs to ensure that a person with moderate knowledge of Computers as well as Finance can actually benefit from the software. VAULT runs on any PC with PIII and higher running Windows XP and above. After the trial versions, we have now launched  - VAULT version 2.1

VAULT comes on a pen drive, which is secured with encryption.
