Chantelle Ashby, an incredible singing talent at just 24 years of age, is to be awarded the title, “Moxy Woman” for September/October. Moxy Women is one of the inspiring monthly features that will be running on the site. Moxy Women refers to all women who demonstrate courage and/or bravery in the face of challenge(s)
According to Jean Harper, President, “it is our goal to empower and inspire women by sharing amazing personal stories of women who have triumphed in the face of challenge. There are so many amazing women out there who have incredible stories. I feel compelled to make these stories available to others, because I believe that lives may be changed by sharing them.”
In addition to “Moxy Women,” the site also features, “From Tomboy to CEO,” another series which promises to inspire women. “After working in the corporate world for over 25 years, I have met so many women who have the ability to succeed in their own business, but are too fearful to give it a try,” adds Jean Harper. “There are so many stressed out women and men who feel their only choice is to be bound to their corporate job. They want to do more with their lives but are afraid to take that first step. We plan to publish success stories that will encourage people to get out there and do their own thing, be happy, and live their dreams. I have been inspired by many women and I believe others will be too.”
