Playward is excited to be a part of a new way of life. Our play-volution is calling on new ways of how we treat ourselves and one another. Playward is bringing back the simple pleasures we are forgetting and adding more FUN to our day to day.
Ya know what? We take it this play-volution seriously. Too often we hear that life is hard, that in order to succeed we need to work harder or that beauty comes in a package or size and that in order to be loved we need to sacrifice a part of who we are.
These are beliefs- but not truth. You have the power to create your own set of “guidelines”
This is what we playfully do kartwheels for:
1. Label Free Living
2. No more Shoulding- and start Choosing
3. Our kids are the greatest teachers we can have
4. Fighting is not the answer- it is time to reframe our WAR on ourselves
5. Giggles remind us to lighten up
6. Stress is word that masks our FEAR of being STILL
7. Money is not the root of all evil- it is our definition and attachment of it that causes separation and heartache.
8. Life is a not a game of “survivor”
9. Hard does not always equal success
10. We are not our jobs
11. We are not our dress size
12. We do not own our children.
13. We do not own our spouses/partners
14. We CAN be who we are in relationships
15. Family is what you define it to be.
16. Mommy Wars can only be healed once we release the WAR within ourselves.
17. You do not get extra points for working 70 hours a week when you pass on.

19. Freedom comes from within, not from war.
