Sept. 17, 2007 - PRLog -- SAN MATEO, CALIF. – Sensitron, Inc. has deployed its Critical careTrends solution for Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC) at Mission in Mission Viejo, CA. For this deployment, Critical careTrends has been integrated with Philip’s Intellivue monitors, as well as with the Meditech Client/Server CIS system for 24 beds in CHOC at Mission’s neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and pediatric (PICU) Intensive Care Unit.

“Quality of patient care is central to our success. I am confident that the Critical careTrends system will greatly improve the overall quality of patient care and nurse satisfaction in the NICU and PICU. It will also empower clinicians with immediate access to complete and reliable vital sign data, which also becomes part of our patients’ permanent Electronic Medical Record,” said Michelle Krogstad, Project Manager at CHOC.
