Norfolk, Virginia – (August 22, 2007) - Landmark Communications Inc. has acquired the business of InternetSeer.com Corp., a provider of website monitoring and marketing services to more than 1 million small businesses. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Key members of the InternetSeer management team will continue to remain in place and operate the company.
InternetSeer provides website monitoring services through both its InternetSeer and AtWatch brands, and web-focused marketing services through its EnterURL brand.
