"Those who missed last weeks premier will not want to miss this weeks thought provoking episode that deals with a young man (played by Brad Jackson) who turns his back on a family fortune to find his way in the world and winds up sleeping in an alley (based on the story of the Prodigal Son)," says Susan Zahn, the network's publicist.
The series revolves around the concept of a modern-day Jesus living among us. Each 30-minute episode presents a retelling of a New Testament encounter with Jesus (Jefferson Moore), portrayed as a wise and compassionate "stranger," interacting with people from different walks of society.
"The Stranger" is a life enriching, family friendly series based loosely on the "Perfect Stranger" films (also produced by Kelly's Filmworks).
