Los Angeles, CA September 2007 -- The Body Scrub Factory, Inc. has launched a new brand of fragrant 100% natural high-end body scrubs aptly called Margarita Girl made with fresh lime extract and sweet organic coconut; Sweet Lavender in Paris containing fragrant organic lavender and Madagascar vanilla extract and Haute Chocolat finished with real organic chocolate and mandarin orange extract. The packaging is brightly colored yet upscale maintaining a natural “organic" look.
According to Cathy Moss, President /founder and native of Santa Monica, CA, "The Body Scrub Factory story begins when I ran out of soap! Who knew?!"
"Several years ago," says Cathy, "I became one of thousands who received unemployment slips at a top telecommunications corporation. The day I got laid off, I went home to take a bath to calm myself, and as if nothing else could go wrong, I ran out of soap." Ms. Moss goes on to say, "Being on an instant tight budget, I made my own “soap turned into body scrub” from ingredients straight from my kitchen."
"Needless to say, I liked the body scrub so much better than my regular soap!" She gave body scrubs to friends and family as gifts, who in turned, urged her to find out what the public thinks. Cathy attended the Natural Products Expo West trade shows in 2006 and 2007 and all three body scrubs were a hit.
