San Francisco, CA - Roughstock Studios' design work will be featured in David E. Carter's Big Book of Design Ideas 3. Roughstock designed a full suite of promotional materials for Vista Clara Films' eye-opening documentary, Crude Impact. The studios' logo, business card and DVD package designs will be featured in the upcoming book, to be printed in Spring of 2008.
Carter is known for his series of books featuring carefully selected graphic design from some of the most esteemed firms across the country. The original Big Book of Design Ideas became one of the best-selling publications in the history of graphics books.
The Crude Impact designs can currently be viewed on Roughstock’s website, at http://www.roughstockstudios.com. The communications studio, founded by writer and designer Jess Sand, focuses on socially and environmentally sound marketing. With the added exposure, Roughstock hopes to bring a wider audience to Crude Impact.
