First Equity and Capstone Management announced today that the companies have entered into an agreement to form a joint venture. Commenting on the joint venture, First Equity Director Craig A. Roll stated, “This is an exciting opportunity for First Equity. We have built a sturdy base in the residential and commercial mortgage lending markets with First Equity, and the addition of Capstone Management puts us in another league.”

The two companies have been working together for a year, and decided to cement their relationship with the joint venture agreement. Kevin Roll, Director of Operations for the Joint Venture, added, “We have ambitious plans for the company, and the wealth of expertise that comes with the Capstone Management team gives us the additional tools we needed to grow the company to the next level.”
