The Clare Archaeological & Historical Society will officially launch its Autumn/Winter Lecture Series 2007/2008 at 11am in Clare Museum on Friday 14th September 2007. The Civil War executions of two Clare men, post-famine photographs of West Clare and the built heritage of Clare's coast will feature as part of the six-month series at Clare Museum commencing on October 8th 2007. The media is invited to attend the photocall. Interview opportunities will also be provided.
WHO: The photocall will be attended by Mary Kearns, Honorary Secretary of the Clare Archaeological & Historical Society; John Rattigan, Curator, Clare Museum; and Edel Greene of Clare Museum and Clare Archaeological & Historical Society.
