Newgen Launches OmniExtract™ 6.1.4

Data extraction techniques supported by OmniExtract include OMR, OCR, ICR, MICR and Barcode Recognition NEWGEN® OmniExtract Version 6.1.4, comes with greater flexibility and enhanced features enabling customers to adapt to changing business conditions and react to market opportunities.
The new version of NEWGEN® OmniExtract enables users to easily integrate customized external applications for image pre-processing. It gives users more flexibility in Form Design & Printing. OmniExtract™ 6.1.4 has the capability to successfully process complex structured forms, (HIPPA, UB92, Mortgage 1003 forms etc.) without requiring a re-design of these forms.
The software is supported by automatic identification and creation of data zones for better form definition. These data zones can now also be associated with multiple legends for better success rate. Features like auto-zone identification, auto- table extraction, auto-form definition, static -text removal; dual engine voting and form level data filters greatly improve the data accuracy of OmniExtract™.
For better recognition accuracy OmniExtract™ is now equipped with advanced zone properties. With this feature image clean up activities like removal of line/noise, can now be defined at both page & zone level.
