Hexis with cast vinyl films at VISCOM in Düsseldorf

PRLog (Press Release) – Sep 03, 2007 – The Hexis product line up is headed by their HX100WG1, a 50µm cast vinyl film with an adhesive compound that makes the product repositionable during application while allowing convenient elimination of air bubbles. The HX100WG1 features an embossed polyethylene coated liner with a structured adhesive and an extremely conformable vinyl formulation for fast and risk free transfers.

Also on show is the KG10000 cast vinyl film for cutting plotters, available in 31 gloss colours.

The KG10000 carries an enhanced 50µm cast vinyl film with the proven solvent-based adhesive and the same liner that is also used in their high performance line. Because of its extreme flexibility and conformability this cast vinyl film is particularly recommended for long term applications on complex and compound curved surfaces and for vehicle full wraps. It features an outdoor durability of up to 10 years and is thus the ideal high end solution for corrugated or riveted substrates and all substrates with long life cycles.
