Travel with Rough Guides Mobile
London, UK – 30 August, 2007 – With the summer holiday approaching the end, Creativity Software has reported increased usage of its Rough Guides Mobile application. This comes at the same time as the new European Roaming Regulation comes into force, reducing mobile roaming charges by up to 70% in some cases.
Rough Guides Mobile, developed by Creativity Software Ltd., is a mobile travel application which provides destination data through a navigable map interface allowing consumers to access useful information on more than 200 cities in 33 European countries.
The new European Roaming Regulation, which was to be implemented by 30 July 2007, has forced mobile operators across Europe to offer customers the new "Eurotariff"
Since the European cap on mobile roaming charges was introduced at the end of July, Rough Guides Mobile has seen a considerable increase in its usage across Europe.

The Rough Guides Mobile application is being pre-loaded onto new Motorola handsets launched through retail in Europe and it is also sold by Samsung through its Fun Club portal in the UK.
