What motivates an employee to join, stay with or leave a company? What do companies in the logistics industry have to offer in order to be able to attract and retain talent in today’s tight labour market?

Europhia Consulting is conducting an International Career Motivation Survey to answer these questions.

The career motivation survey forms the first module of an international survey series around different HR-related topics, which are currently discussed within the logistics and supply chain industry. The series will consist of six modules with the following themes:

The way companies are perceived by candidates and (young) talent, looking for their first/next career step, is crucial in a tight labour market as talents decide for the best employers in the market.
