Two Great Microcentrifuge Tubes from Light Labs

Light Labs now offers two different types of microcentrifuge tubes (http://www.lightlabsusa.com/home.php?cat=3) for research and laboratory use. Our microcentrifuge tubes work well with those labs that need a sturdy, boil-proof tube and those that use many tubes for less rigorous applications. Our SureLock Microcentrifuge Tubes can be spun at 30,000 x g and feature a positive-seal design. The positive-seal design allows these microcentrifuge tubes to stay closed during boiling. The tubes are designed with a internal ring in the cap that expands slightly faster than the tube, thus locking the tube shut during heating. The tubes are extremely clear, feature graduations, come in a variety of colors, are RNase/DNase/Pyrogen/PCR inhibitor free, and fit all standard rotors.

SnapLock Microcentrifuge Tubes from Light Labs feature a larger cap for easier opening and closing of the microcentrifuge tubes. The tubes are extremely clear, feature graduations, come in a variety of colors, are RNase/DNase/Pyrogen/PCR inhibitor free, and fit all standard rotors. The SnapLock Microcentrifuge Tubes also come in an amber and No-Stick version. The No-Stick Microcentrifuge Tubes are made out of a low retention polymer, minimizing the adhesion of proteins, RNA, and DNA to the inside of the tubes. Amber versions of the microcentrifuge tubes are perfect for light sensitive applications.
