Rotterdam, August 10, 2007 - ITpreneurs is in the process of developing the entire range of ITIL v3 education products to cover the new ITIL v3 certification scheme, leading to the Advanced Service Management Professional diploma. This 3-day ITIL v3 Foundation course is the first building block toward gaining the new advanced SM professional diploma.
The New ITIL V3 Classroom Foundation course includes a new case study, the Royal Chao Phraya Hotel Case Study. In it, students will learn how to apply the principles of IT Service Management by operating the Royal Chao Phraya Hotel, located in Thailand. ITpreneurs has designed this new case study to accommodate all aspects of the ITIL v3 curriculum, and upcoming ITpreneurs ITIL v3 courses will expand on the Royal Hotel case study.

ITpreneurs has also revamped the look and feel of its student guides and the supporting instructor material, produced using the latest in publishing technology. Scheduled for a late Q3/2007 release, the second version of ITIL v3 Classroom Foundation course will include further material to enhance the learning experience, such as:

Multilanguage Capability
The translation work of the ITIL® v3 Classroom Foundation course will start very soon, with a Japanese version as our first target release and other language translations to follow.
