RALEIGH, NC – The Preiss Company (“TPCO”), the largest provider of off-campus student housing for North Carolina State University, Clemson University, and UNC Charlotte and the second largest provider for the University of Texas in Austin, is proud to announce the recent promotion of Laurie Stanley to Vice President of Student Housing Property Management. In her new role, Stanley will be responsible for the overall performance and profitability of the Property Management business and would establish the operational and financial goals for each market.
TPCO Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Donna Preiss, attributes the company’s industry success to Stanley’s professional work ethic. “Without a doubt, Laurie’s positive and supportive management style has enabled The Preiss Company to become one of the leading student housing providers in the Southeast,” says Preiss. “We hope to close on about $200 million worth of student housing over the next 12 months, and under Laurie’s direction, I’m confident that we will accomplish this goal.”

Her more than 15 years of real estate experience includes property management and leasing for conventional, multi-family, and student housing complexes for both new construction and stable assets. Stanley holds a North Carolina and South Carolina Brokers License, is a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), a Certified Apartment Property Supervisor (CAPS), and is a CPM (Certified Property Manager) candidate.
