The website’s Gary Baker said: “There have been photos of Jude Law and David Beckham wearing cravats in the last few months, and the trend has caught on. Younger men are happy to wear a casual or day cravat with an open neck shirt, pushing them to third in our top 5.”
Gary has watched real variety come into tie fashions over the last year.
He said: “Many men are looking for something different, rather than the normal run of the mill work tie. Ties with matching handkerchiefs or pocket squares are really popular again.
“But the best selling tie continues to be striped, the same as this time last year.”
