Keith possesses over 17 years of experience with telecommunications, data communications, and wireless technologies. Prior to joining VITAL, Keith held a number of management positions within T-Mobile, including Director, Engineering Systems; Director, Engineering and Operations for T-Mobile Hotspot; and Director, Technical Operations for T-Mobile Hotspot. While serving in his most recent position as director, engineering systems, Keith led the National Engineering Operations Platform Support and Data Center Operations teams for T-Mobile USA’s wireless data services, which supports over 26 million mobile subscribers. Earlier in his career, Keith served as the director of operations for MobileStar Networks, where he created the first nationwide network operations organization tasked to support Wi-Fi in public retail, hospitality, and transportation venues. Prior to his employment at MobileStar, Keith held a number of managerial and supervisory IT positions with Paging Network, Inc. Keith attended Northeast Louisiana University, where he studied business administration. Additionally, Keith is a distinguished veteran of the United States Air Force, where he served in the Strategic Air Command and the Air Force Special Operations Command.
