LLC, attending the U.S. Marine Corps Sergeants Major Symposium, was this year’s host for the annual Odyssey Dinner Cruise (
http://www.odysseycruises.com/dc/index.cfm) in Washington DC. Dicks and his wife Deborah hosted the Marine Corps’ top echelon Sergeant Majors and their guests.
During the picturesque cruise down the Potomac, Dicks said, “This is an especially memorable evening for everyone and allowed those attending an opportunity to relax and escape the important issues that the Symposium is designed to solve. It’s always a treat when you can enjoy an evening like this with friends and this evening is designed to strengthen the camaraderie of the Marine Corps enlisted leadership. It couldn’t be a more memorable evening.” During his recent trip to the nation’s capitol, Dicks also met with the Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps, the Sergeant Major of the Army, and the Master Chief Petty Officer of the Coast Guard.
This unique dinner cruise allows those aboard the Odyssey to see the most well known Washington DC monuments from the Jefferson Memorial to the Watergate Hotel as it cruises along the historic Potomac River.
