Boykin Management Company Announces The Appointment Of Kevin Hyland As General Counsel

Charlotte, NC, August 13, 2007— Boykin Management Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Hyland as General Counsel.  Kevin will have a significant role in Boykin’s operations.  His responsibilities will include legal services for sales and marketing, operations, accounting and finance, business development and other functions as well as management of litigation, contract and regulatory activities.  Prior to joining Boykin, Mr. Hyland served as Corporate Counsel for Hyland Software, Inc. where he focused on corporate legal matters, contract drafting and negotiation, mergers and acquisitions, property insurance matters and corporate financing.  Kevin’s prior experience also includes practicing law at Gallagher, Sharp, Fulton and Norman based in Cleveland, Ohio.  Kevin received his undergraduate degree from Miami University and his law degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.  Kevin is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Association of Corporate Counsel as well as Urban Land Institute.
