Aug. 3, 2007 - PRLog -- Copenhagen, Denmark (DigiApp.com) August 3, 2007 – Too much software are stuffed with confusing features that ultimately slow the PC down or even stop it from working. For a modern household this can be a catastrophe. Experienced software developers join forces to deliver software applications and tools that are easy to use, inexpensive and focused. Focusing software application without swarming it with secondary features prevents risk of defects and gets the job done efficiently.

The PC is an important tool for a modern family. The family computer is used for gathering and sharing information, banking, communications and entertainment. In many places e.g. communication between school and home, computer based document completely replaced paper, which is a terrific win for the environment. Driving to the bank or the post offices much less frequent, often saving both fuel and time. On the down side is the dependency of the computer. Users hate the growing stack of software loaded with features that makes them difficult or cumbersome to use and error-prone. They worry about new software that slow their computer down or stop it from working.

“Modern computer users expect applications to get the job done. They don’t care about secondary features. They don’t want to waste time changing options and configuring the application to behave correctly and then finally finding that the software can not really do what they intended.”, says the company CTO.
Studio Z, also based in EU, joined Digiapp.com to bring out the first two of a series of smart and focused applications following the focused software paradigm. Studio Z developed focused smart PC tools that make daily use of the computer easier. The first two titles, called Multidesktop and GoodNightPC, can already be downloaded for free on DigiApp.com ( http://www.digiapp.com/Tools.html )

“Software must be clean, safe and efficient, like any professional tool. Picture this: You need to cut down a tree in your garden. Which tool should you get? The feature rich switch army knife that among it’s features have a tiny saw or should you get a dedicated focused tool e.g. a chain saw? – We will bring the dedicated tool.” says Lead developer Andersen of Studio Z

“This approach to software development ensures that we can deliver quality at a very attractive price. Another important characteristic of the focused software is that it only use very limited resources making it possible to run on older computers, where feature rich tools often slow your computer down. ”, explains DigiApp CTO.
