The system is a Quota oriented system. In-office service representatives take calls from members who pay a small yearly fee. Each representative is assigned to 3 different type of contractors for example: masonry, roofing, and electrical. Through a program that Homeservice Club invented, there is a list of all the different type of contractors who are signed up with Homeservice Club. When a member calls in to have a problem fixed, the appropriate contractor is assigned to the job and will be have to complete the job once he/she has agreed upon the quota.
