Mox Telecom Group Upgrades Network with PhoenixSoft Platform

Based in Germany, Mox provides a wide variety of pre-paid products and applications.  The company partners with calling card wholesalers and resellers of customized calling cards, telecommunication consultants, call centers, Internet cafés and online shops.

To maintain its leadership position within its markets, Mox selected PhoenixSoft and the Cirrus Softswitch to provide Voice-over-IP (VoIP) and Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) applications for its calling card business.  By migrating to VoIP and SIP, Mox can efficiently provide the most sought-after Class 4 and Class 5 features.  With the PhoenixSoft feature set, Mox can expand its product line and enter new markets.  Some specific advantages include flexible rating and tarriffing, real-time recharge options, maximum security, streamlined account maintenance, tandem features and telephony services including auto attendant, caller ID, conference calling, voice mail, call forwarding, three-way calling, etc.
