UniKeep Products Now Available on DOD EMALL

Marysville, OH -- July 25, 2007 -- UniKeep LLC, manufacturer of innovative, patented and environmentally friendly binders, media storage and marketing mailers, is pleased to announce  its core products are now easily accessible to the DOD online via the EMALL at www.emall.dla.mil.  To make the purchase process quick and easy, UniKeep accepts government purchase cards.

The DOD EMALL is the U.S. Defense Department's worldwide commerce portal and is the single entry point for DOD and other federal customers to find and purchase off-the-shelf, finished goods  items from the commercial marketplace.  The EMALL provides the benefits of reduced logistics response time and improved visibility of both Government and commercial sources of supply.  DOD EMALL suppliers are Government approved sources and comply with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) requirements.

UniKeep, an Ohio Small Business, offers a range of made in the USA products that meet environmental impact guidelines.  UniKeep’s polypropylene products require as much as 30% fewer materials to manufacture than traditional vinyl binders which avoid the toxic waste generated in both the manufacture and elimination of PVC.  Polypropylene is also resistant to chemical attack, offers a wider temperature range, and is a choice material for long-term archival needs. The UniKeep binder is the only binder that is truly curbside recyclable worldwide.  The Enviro-Binders (11511Y and 11928Y) are manufactured with up to 85% recycled content.

EnvyPak™ clear poly envelopes manufactured by UniKeep offer premium construction and high resolution printing for about the same cost as most comparable alternatives and are ideal for mailing and storage.  EnvyPak is USPS 100 approved poly and specifically complies with UFSM 1000 and AFSM 100 automation criteria.  All EnvyPak mailers have been tested by the American Standard Testing Method (ASTM) and meet all Domestic Mail standards for the United States Post Office.

By special order, EnvyPak envelopes can be custom manufactured using 100% compostable and biodegradable PLA corn poly, a renewable resource bioplastic.
