Yolanda Coly named Managing Director of NAMWOLF

The National Association of Minority & Women Owned Law Firms (NAMWOLF) has announced that Yolanda Coly has been named Managing Director effective August 1, 2007.  Ms. Coly has been with NAMWOLF for the past 3 ½ years, in the capacity of Associate Director.  She has been an integral part of the growth and success of the association.  Ms. Coly has been extremely successful in attracting a host of corporate partners, public entity partners, and sponsors.  Her advocating skills have led to mutually beneficial partnerships with businesses such as Accenture, Citigroup, Prudential, PepsiAmericas, Pfizer, and the New York City Law Department to name a few.  These partnerships allow highly qualified minority and women-owned law firms a fair opportunity to compete.

Ms. Coly is replacing Renuka Vishnubhakta, who has served as Managing Director for two years and has been with NAMWOLF for the past five years.  Ms. Vishnubhakta is leaving NAMWOLF to attend law school this fall.
