As well as paper flyers work for providing prospective home buyers with information on available homes, they have several distinct drawbacks.  The greatest is the ever present empty flyer bin which prevents buyers from learning about the property being sold.  Another drawback to paper flyers is the need for perspective buyers to leave their vehicles; bad weather, or children and pets inside the vehicle, may prevent buyers from leaving their vehicle to take a flyer.

The BlueAgent takes the information provided by a paper flyer and electronically transmits it directly to prospective buyers. There is never the worry about running out of flyers, and buyers receive the flyer without leaving the comfort of their vehicle.

The BlueAgent can also transmit an FM broadcast audio message, reaching buyers who do not yet have the ability to receive an electronic flyer.
