Boomers in Costa Rica Tours helps retirees find the best properties and avoid the scam artists!

Costa Rica is a hot real estate market for retirees given attractive prices and a terrific climate. However, Costa Rica has its share of real estate scam artists! Do you have someone looking out for your best interests?

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PR Log (Press Release)Jul 21, 2007 – Many people continue to look to Costa Rica as a terrific place to retire or to escape the rat race in North America, given the country's terrific climate, friendly people, and attractive real estate prices.  With the influx of Americans, Canadians and Europeans, the real estate industry has attracted many people looking to cash in on retirees.  Unfortunately, people without experience, others looking to make a quick buck, and major scam artists are lurking, looking for unsuspecting prey: retirees and others who want to purchase a home or buy land and do not understand the complexities of buying real estate in Costa Rica.  Most buyers do not speak Spanish and dishonest real estate developers and agents know this and use it to their advantage!  Don't let this happen to you!

Boomers in Costa Rica Tours (BICRT) was formed to help its clients find good properties, learn everything they need to know about moving to and living in Costa Rica, and how to avoid the scam artists.  We only work with respected, honest developers and real estate agents who have experience in Costa Rica, understand the ins and out of buying property in Costa Rica, and those people who follow all local and national laws.  We only show properties being sold by people we would also buy from!

BICRT’s 4-day, 3-night, all-inclusive tour covers major towns in the Central Valley of Costa Rica and focuses on providing detailed information on every aspect of living and investing here. The tour provides an in-depth look at several developments and land investment opportunities where value-oriented real estate can still be found and also introduces clients to people who have already moved here, started businesses, or are just enjoying the good life. Contacts with reputable attorneys, architects, and other professionals are also part of the tour.

Unlike other Costa Rica relocation tours, BICRT provides each client with a take-home CD full of information about moving to, and living in Costa Rica.  BICRT also offers a follow-on relocation service, handling all aspects of starting a new life in Costa Rica after clients move here. BICRT can also arrange custom tours for those people wanting to see areas outside of the standard tour, or for those people wanting to spend more time in particular areas.  Below are some comments from recent tour clients:

"I remember meeting Andrew as we drove up to the B&B. You came out of the house with your arms wide open saying, 'I feel like I know you already', and gave me a big hug.  Our week with the two of you was perfect in all ways.  You were welcoming, friendly, honest, sincere, intelligent, funny, energetic, and in your gentle way filled us with confidence and hope for our future. Everything about the tour and the B&B was designed with flexibility. You quickly understood us without us having to explain 'where we were coming from' and you directed the tour to suit our needs and temperaments.  Meeting the two of you was a delight; the only hard part was leaving you."

"Bea and I thoroughly enjoyed the week and I don't know of any suggestions for change or improvement but thank you for asking.  It was a great tour!"

"How many different towns did we tour?  And, the properties your real estate agents showed us. . . WOW!  The lot we purchased from your recommended agent in San Ramon is a dream come true.  THANK YOU SO MUCH."

Bill & Carol
Florida

"Just wanted to let you know that we learned a ton of info on the tour but was surprised about how much more info was on the CD.  I'm sure any contact we would ever need is on there. The tour was great!  We came down not knowing what we might even want to do and after looking at houses and lots in all kinds of areas and talking to the owners, we were quickly able to decide that we would probably want to build our own house on a lot we would purchase.  We wouldn't work with anyone else but you guys."
