In conjunction with Northamptonshire Education Business Link Organisation (EBLO), local employers are encouraged to offer support and industry advice by way of career conventions, allowing site visits and providing help with interview and CV writing techniques.
Diane commented, “I had a thoroughly great time interacting with the students. At Nimlok we actively encourage our managers and staff to get involved in exactly this type of activity – supporting students in practical ways that will help them in their future careers. We look forward to working with EBLO in the future and to our further involvement with other local schools later in the year”
