The Colorado based online gift shop Haatchi! announced today that its growing store past the 30,000 products mark.
Dubbed the Wackiest Giftshop In Town, Haatchi!'s founder Christa DeRidder was surprised to learn the news:
"My webmaster, who updates the catalog to different websites as Google, told me of the milestone this morning. The past couple of months have been pretty frantic with setting up the shop and to come up with unique and eye catching designs. To have accomplished this within only 3,5 months is just unbelievable"
DeRidder originates from The Netherlands. She moved to the US in 2002 and relocated to Colorado in December 2006. "Nature and the love for animals is just one source of inspiration for me. European sense of humor, often a tad blacker than the American kind, is the other," says DeRidder.
Haatchi! The Wackiest Giftshop In Town has its designs on products such as t-shirts, mugs, clocks, children's and grown-ups clothes, magnets, buttons and ornaments. The store has several categories for the designs, such as Art, Nature, Hobbies, Patriotic and International but ads new sub-categories frequently to make looking for the right design or gift easier for prospective buyers.
The designs range from friendly, loving and funny, to provocative, weird, humorous and wacky. Haatchi! caters not only to the US but can ship worldwide.
The Wackiest Giftshop in Town with Cafepress, which has an online presence since 1991.
Haatchi! continues to grow, with new designs adding on almost a daily basis, its goal is to have at least 100,000 products by the end of this year.
