LEARNING ANNEX NEW YORK, NY– AUGUST 7, 2007
Always seeking innovative methods for expanding opportunities in the television industry for novices and entertainment professionals, RUDY GASKINS and PUSH CREATIVE Advertising joins the Learning Annex to present the legendary VINCE MANZE, president of NBC Program Planning, creator of NBC's "Must See TV" and multiple Emmy Award-winner to the Learning Annex with a titanic panel of industry insiders to shed light on how anyone with the drive and imagination can get a show on TV. They'll cover all sides of the process from developing the idea, writing, pitching, producing, getting an agent and, of course, getting to the people who say 'yea' or 'nay.' “Coming up with a good Idea is a great thing but knowing what to do with it is even better.” says, VINCE MANZE.
And that’s the promise of this first ever seminar. Participants will see actual samples pulled from the NBC archives and take part in a lively give and take with the experts who live this business every day.
Explains moderator RUDY GASKINS, “Getting a show on television is one of those illusive endeavors that has bested the best of producers, yet alone TV newcomers. This extraordinary group of talented TV executives will reveal the real-world insights that make shows happen, and I wouldn’t be surprised if they launch a few careers in the process.” There’s no doubt that that new careers could be in the making as VINCE MANZE will be joined by a stellar panel of notable industry leaders:
