PRLog (Press Release) - Jul 13, 2007 -
Attorneys have a new option to get practical, how-to advice on handling minimum impact soft tissue cases. Jonathan G. Stein, an attorney and former insurance adjuster, has written a new book on handling so-called “MIST” cases.

“Insurance companies have been fighting MIST cases and make them more difficult for injured parties and plaintiff attorneys,” Stein said. Stein wrote the book to provide attorneys with step-by-step instruction on handling these cases. The book, in addition to providing instruction, provides forms and practical tips.

“This book provides my secrets, tips, and tricks on handling MIST cases. The secrets to my practice, which is mostly made up of MIST cases, are laid out in this book, including forms that I use daily,” Stein said.

But, Stein is offering more than just the book. He has set up a website, http://www.litigatingmistcases.com, where he continues to provide updates on changes in the insurance industry as they relate to MIST cases. Stein is also providing updates to the book every six months. The book and updates are available through the website, http://www.mistbook.com.
