She was admitted to the Louisiana State Bar, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit, the District Court for the Middle, Eastern and Western Districts of Louisiana, the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Eastern, Western and Southern Districts of Texas and the U.S. District Court in the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas. She is a former debtor’s counsel and staff attorney in Chapter 13 trustees for the Western District of Louisiana, Shreveport & Monroe divisions. Brice, Vander Linden & Wernickexclusively serves mortgage banking and servicing companies, financial institutions, credit unions and other consumer lending organizations. Bonial is a former presenter and lead moderator on bankruptcy issues at U.S. Foreclosure Network national default servicing seminars and chairwoman of the U.S. Foreclosure Network Bankruptcy Committee.
