Women Adventure Travelers Now Outnumber Men, According to Survey

PR Log (Press Release) – Jul 05, 2007 – Long thought to be the domain of adrenalin-junkies and 30-something men, adventure travel is actually dominated by women, according to the Adventure Travel Industry Survey recently released by the Adventure Travel Trade Association. According to the survey, a surprising 52% of adventure travelers are women.
