WALLED LAKE, MI—Telecorp Products announces the launch of its latest product Wall Display PLUS for BCM and it’s creating quite a buzz. As an innovation in BCM technology, Wall Display PLUS for BCM proves to energize businesses and spark growth. Wall Display PLUS for BCM allows small and medium business owners access to their Business Communication Manager’s (BCM) real-time data for display on plasma and LCD boards.

The implementation of the Wall Display PLUS for BCM software is thought to reform call centers by saving valuable time and money.

Wall Display PLUS for BCM will extract a variety of data. Some include call time information, abandon times, amount of calls, agent information and expected wait time. This allows managers insight on multiple concerns, including staffing and training considerations.

The product works unobtrusively. “Basically from a PC to the BCM we make an http request as a query for information; an http request is just like requesting a web page. The BCM responds by returning an XML document which contains the data we use for display. The data is in a raw format that we 'massage' to formulate useful numbers,” explained Mark Eckler, Telecorp development manager. That ‘massaging’ of the data is what turns lost hours interpreting data into immediate results.
