Vitol Capital Management announced today that Mr Douglas Harbecker has been appointed as a Chief Executive Director of Vitol Capital Management and will assume new responsibilities at group level
Vitol Capital Management spokes person, Mike Reeves, said "Mr Douglas Harbecker will still maintain his current responsibilities at Vitol Capital Management however he will take over responsibility for financial communication, relations with relating agencies and consolidated risk assessment, reporting to the Management Board and Group CFO. Mr. Harbecker will also assume an advisory role to the board in the area of finance, control and strategy."
