Catapult Advisors' client, Tonic Systems, acquired by Google

June 26, 2007 - PRLog -- SAN  FRANCISCO, APRIL 17 /Catapult Advisors LLC, a leading software and internet industry investment bank and M&A advisory, announced today the sale of its client, Tonic Systems Inc., a leading provider of technology for presentation creation and document conversion, to Google Inc. First of all, we want to welcome the team from Tonic Systems to Google. Tonic, which we've just acquired, is based in San Francisco and Melbourne, Australia. They have some great technology for presentation creation and document conversion, and it will be a great addition as we add presentation sharing and collaboration capabilities to Google Docs & Spreadsheets.
