Changing Real Estate Climate Prompts Changes at Spire Creative Group

Real estate marketing and design firm, Spire Creative Group, makes changes to better serve the needs of real estate professionals in an evolving real estate market.

New York, NY - Keeping up with commercial real estate trends is a challenge. A record high of $306 billion in commercial investment activity in 2006—and a banner first quarter for 2007, with over $71 billion office properties traded—have made it even tougher.

Spire Creative Group, however, is up to the challenge. In order to keep up with this ever-changing industry, the former Spire Graphics Group has started the second quarter with a name change, a new telescope logo, and new company colors. These refinements accompany Spire’s move to new offices, all of which represent Spire’s growth into a full-service agency specializing in the marketing of commercial and residential real estate projects.

The real estate industry is clearly in a transitional period. New approaches are becoming ever more necessary to maintain—and increase—business success: marketing collaboration across disciplines is the future of achievement in the real estate market. Spire has made an award-winning name for itself offering marketing and graphic design solutions to the commercial real estate industry. Spire now has the ability to expand into new areas.
