VIVA Transcription Gets A Makeover

SANTA CRUZ, Calif., June 21, 2007 – VIVA Transcription, a leading provider in medical transcription services, announced today the unveiling of their new name, logo and website. Formerly VIVA Corporation, the newly named VIVA Transcription proudly shows off its new image today. These changes have been made to ensure that VIVA stands out as the top-growing medical transcription service provider in the nation.

In addition to the external, an internal augmentation has also taken place, to guarantee that VIVA is able to expand alongside their consistent successes. Since the beginning of 2006, VIVA has reported an average of 26 percent in quarterly sales’ growth. When comparing the yearly numbers, VIVA reported an astounding 190 percent growth in sales from 2005 to 2006. First quarter figures from 2007 show that this trend is set to continue. To handle this impressive increase, VIVA has also recently upgraded their operations by quadrupling their online storage capacity, bringing on two new account managers and restructuring their customer service department.  

When questioned about what prompted the recent makeover, VIVA Transcription’s Founder and President, Manuel Prado stated, “Here at VIVA, we are constantly moving forward, striving to offer the best service possible. This involves keeping up with the latest in transcription technology and maintaining a highly efficient infrastructure.” He continues, “Of course, this also includes keeping our image up-to-date.”

The future for VIVA Transcription looks very bright.
VIVA is currently redesigning their web application in order to bring clients more features and functionality than ever. The VIVA web application, hosted securely online, is used by clients to upload dictations and store transcribed files. “The current application is extremely user-friendly,” Prado declares. “VIVA is working on the redesign to offer more features, improving upon the existing application.” Some of the new features will be “online editing” and “line-count reporting,” which should prove to be luxuries for transcription clients. These new additions, along with superior customer service and significantly competitive rates, will further contribute to VIVA’s imminent success.
